Jamie Peer is a transformational life coach, visionary leader, and co-founder of 4Defy Coaching, committed to empowering women to reclaim their inner strength and design lives they love. As a Certified Life Mastery Consultant with extensive military leadership training, Jamie blends mindset mastery, personal growth, and strategic action to guide women through profound breakthroughs. With over two decades of experience in leadership and coaching, she offers a unique perspective—helping women break through limiting beliefs, build unshakable confidence, and align with their purpose. Jamie’s mission is to empower women to embrace their authentic selves, defy limitations, and create a life filled with purpose, joy, and boundless possibility.
Jill Glasenapp
Jill Glasenapp is a visionary ceremonial leader, intuitive soul guide, and trailblazing entrepreneur, as well as a founding partner of 4Defy Coaching, where she empowers women to break free from societal conditioning and reclaim their authentic selves. With decades of experience in leadership, fitness, holistic wellness, and spiritual healing—including extensive certifications in fitness modalities, mindset coaching, psychology, breathwork, energy healing, and certified shamanic life coaching—Jill blends soulful transformation with grounded strategy. As the founder of multiple wellness-based businesses, she brings a rare balance of heart and purpose to every space she leads. Through 4Defy, she creates sacred containers for women to awaken their Divine Feminine power, heal deeply, and align with their highest truth. Whether guiding women through ceremony, intuitive embodiment, or holistic coaching, Jill’s mission is to help every woman rediscover her wild, untamed, limitless self—and build a life and legacy from that place.

Gabrielle Dupree is a masterful energy healer and the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who brings the 4Defy Retreats to life with seamless intention and heart. As the founder of Empowered Health and Healing, Gabrielle supports clients in overcoming physical and emotional imbalances using powerful modalities like Accunect, BodyTalk, and Neuroscience Energetics. With over 30 years of leadership and project management experience, she brings a grounded, detail-driven presence to every space she holds—ensuring our retreats are not only beautifully run, but deeply transformational. Gabrielle’s mission is to help others return to wholeness by creating sacred containers for healing, growth, and deep energetic alignment.
Shauna Kennedy
Shauna, known as Hummingbird, is a trauma trained coach and the founder of SOAR Coaching, where she empowers women to heal from complex trauma and reclaim their inherent strength. Trained in Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry approach, she brings deep compassion and presence to her work—creating safe, sacred space for clients to explore past wounds, unmet needs, and emotional barriers. As the 4Defy Stories Coach, Shauna specializes in helping clients uncover and transform the old narratives, limiting beliefs, and internal obstacles that keep them stuck. Her grounded, intuitive guidance supports women in reconnecting with their authentic selves, breaking cycles of shame and fear, and stepping into lives filled with purpose and confidence. Shauna’s sacred mission is to walk beside women as they heal, rise, and soar.

Misty Sharkey is a creative strategist, intuitive guide, and the marketing force behind 4Defy Coaching, known for blending soul and strategy to help women grow powerful, purpose-driven businesses without the overwhelm. As the founder of Ama Marketing Solutions, Misty has supported countless entrepreneurs in building aligned brands through practical, results-driven marketing. A Cherokee woman, visionary artist, and Karuna Holy Fire® Reiki Master (Level II), Misty brings a deeply intuitive and heart-centered approach to her work. She helps women tune into their inner voice, clarify their mission, and share their message with confidence and clarity. Misty’s mission is to help women step fully into their power—balancing strategy with soul, so they can grow thriving businesses and lives that feel deeply aligned and wildly free.
